LEVEL UP WORKSHOPS
We have an exciting line up of workshops this year! The intention of #ladyboss is to give space to ask for what you need and to give what you can to other professional womxn. You can be a participant or a coach in any of these workshops, i.e. you can bring a resume that you want to workshop or you can share your resume-writing skills with another #ladyboss!

Please carefully read the information below before registering for Camp #ladyboss. Registrations are nonrefundable.
WEEKEND SCHEDULE
Attendees should plan to attend the entire weekend. In order to ensure a safe space, relationship-building and engagement, all guests must arrive on Friday and stay through the retreat closure on Sunday morning.
- FRIDAY - Arrive between 7:00-11:00pm; join us for evening activities and snacks!
- SATURDAY - We'll kick off the day with breakfast, followed by a day of workshops, wellness activities and community-building.
- SUNDAY - We'll share breakfast together, debrief and close out the weekend, and clean up the house and head out. Check out is 11:00am.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
All sleeping arrangements will be made based on the type of bed you book and on a first come, first served basis. The options for sleeping include:
- Two large rooms that each have (5) twin beds and (1) king bed. The king beds will be double-booked (two people in the bed). You can submit a preference for a bedmate.
- There is one room with a queen bed. This will be double-booked.
- There is one room with a king bed. This will be double-booked.
MEALS AND BEVERAGES
The registration fee includes your meals for the weekend: evening welcome reception on Friday; breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner on Saturday; breakfast on Sunday; and nonalcoholic beverages. Meals will be prepared by cooking teams; more details once registration is full!
Camp #ladyboss is BYOB to keep the costs of the retreat low for everyone. You're invited to bring drinks to share with all attendees at whatever quantity you feel comfortable.
TRANSPORTATION
Jackson is in Amador County just outside of Sacramento; approx. a 2.5-3 hour drive from San Francisco. Carpools will be available if you do not have transportation to the retreat. A sign-up sheet will be sent out once registration has closed.
The house will be available to attendees on Friday, April 3, after 7:00pm, but before 11:00pm to be considerate of all shared sleeping spaces.
REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee for each #ladyboss is $175, and includes your accommodations, meals and nonalcoholic beverages, and actvities and workshops for the weekend. If the cost of the weekend is the only obstacle for your attendance, please apply for a scholarship.
RETREAT SCHOLARSHIPS
#ladyboss prioritizes accessiblity and inclusion at every event, especially Camp #ladyboss. This is an incredible opportunity to connect with positive, empowering women and cost should not be a barrier to your attendance. Every ladyboss can apply for a scholarship to support the cost of attending Camp #ladyboss!
Before registering for the retreat, please complete the Camp #ladyboss Scholarship Application. You will receive an email from the retreat committee once your application has been reviewed. Your scholarship review email will include a Scholarship Approval Password required to complete registration, and the total amount of your scholarship and remainder to be paid at registration. Your spot will be held once a scholarship application has been submitted.

TRANSFERRING YOUR REGISTRATION
Camp #ladyboss registration is nonrefundable. If you are no longer able to attend, you may find someone to replace you and handle the transaction together. Once the replacement is final, email [email protected] with the updated information.
THE CAMP #LADYBOSS COMMITTEE
The retreat is put on by a committed group of #ladyboss members who have invested many hours of planning meetings and personal effort to make this happen. We do not make any money on the retreat and we are 100% volunteers. Your registration covers exactly your costs for the weekend.
